When you engage Occupi CAM auditing services, we leave no stone unturned in our quest to ensure that you pay no more than absolutely required by your lease. This includes:

• Examining the Lease in detail – finding supporting language in sometimes obscure corners of the contract that limit your exposure to certain charges.
  

• Pouring over documents relating to various additional rent charges, including scrutinizing invoices, general ledgers, Landlord contracts with maintenance providers - all to make sure that specific incurred costs and often entire categories of expenses that are not supported by your lease are cut out to reduce your reimbursement obligation.
  

• Communicating with everyone involved, from the landlord and/or the landlord's management company to your store management to your own maintenance contractors, to ensure that charges are genuine and maintenance and management practices are bringing the best value to tenants.
  

• Researching town records and online information to verify and contextualize all the charges the landlord included in its statements.
